English message will follow. Chers parents, Nous vous rappelons que les Clubs et l'Étude surveillée commenceront dès lundi prochain, le 14 septembre. Du fait d'un nombre trop restreint d'inscrits dans certains clubs, nous avons dû supprimer les clubs suivants : les mardis : TOEFL Junior Club Vidéo (le club du lundi aura bien lieu) les mercredis : Couture Arabe Certains clubs sont en revanche complets alors qu'ils restent quelques places dans d'autres. Nous vous demandons de veiller à vous inscrire demain dernier délai (le 12 septembre). Nous vous rappelons également que les inscriptions au football avec Faly Academy doivent se faire directement auprès d'eux. Concernant la garderie, nous tenons à vous rappeler certaines règles essentielles à l'encadrement du service : POUR VOTRE INFORMATION : Les services de garderie sont régis par la législation du Community Care Facility Licensing et nous imposent de respecter des ratios de 1 adulte pour 8 enfants de moins de 5 ans, et de 1 adulte pour 15 enfants de 5 ans et plus. Afin de  respecter ces ratios, nous devons maîtriser les effectifs d'accueil dans notre service de garderie. C'est pour cela que les inscriptions à l'avance nous permettent de prévoir le nombre de surveillants nécessaires. L'accueil des enfants non-inscrits à l'avance, que ce soit le matin ou l'après-midi, ne peut donc être garanti. Garderie du matin Tout enfant qui entre à l'école avant 8h45 est comptabilisé comme utilisateur du service. S'il n'a pas été inscrit au préalable via le formulaire en ligne, cet enfant pourra être refusé du service de garderie si l'effectif est déjà complet au moment où il arrive. S'il est accepté, il sera facturé au tarif de 2,5$ par enfant par 15 minutes entamées. IL EST ESSENTIEL QUE VOUS DÉPOSIEZ VOS ENFANTS EN PERSONNE AFIN DE VOUS ASSURER QUE VOTRE ENFANT PEUT BIEN ÊTRE ACCEPTÉ S'IL N'EST PAS INSCRIT, ET AFIN DE SIGNER LE REGISTRE D'ARRIVÉE. Les enfants des bus qui arrivent avant 8h45 seront pris en charge par le service de garderie sans frais supplémentaire. Garderie de l'après-midi En cas de sureffectif au service de l'après-midi, nous avons prévu un surveillant en renfort. Les enfants non-inscrits pourront donc être acceptés et le tarif de 2,5$ par 15 minutes entamées à partir de 15h30 sera appliqué. NOUS VOUS DEMANDONS ÉGALEMENT DE VENIR RÉCUPÉRER VOTRE ENFANT EN PERSONNE ET SIGNER LE REGISTRE DES DÉPARTS. En cas de retard après 17h30, nous essaierons de vous joindre. Des frais de 1$ par minute vous seront facturés. Collecte après l'école Si vous venez chercher votre enfant juste après l'école, à partir de 15h15, nous vous demanderons de de le récupérer aussitôt. Un enfant non-récupéré après 15h30 sera considéré au service de garderie et les frais maximum s'appliqueront (2,5$ par 15 minutes entamées), même si vous êtes présent à l'école. Dear parents, We would like to remind you that Clubs and Study group will start Monday, September 14th. Unfortunately, because of low registration numbers, we have had to cancel the following clubs: on Tuesdays: TOEFL Junior Club Stop Motion Club (but the Monday video club will run) on Wednesdays: Sewing Club Arab Club Some clubs are full, while there are still some openings in others. We ask you to make sure to register by the deadline: tomorrow, September 12th. Please note that soccer registration at Faly Academy should be made directly with them. We would like to remind you of some basic rules of our before and after school care (Garderie): FOR YOUR INFORMATION : Child care is governed by the legislation of the Community Care Facility Licensing and imposed to meet a ratio of 1 adult for 8 children under 5 years, and 1 adult for 15 children aged 5 and over. To comply with these ratios, we must control the number of children under supervision. Registration in advance allows us to plan the correct number of supervisors. Availability for unregistered children in before or after school care therefore is impossible to guarantee. Before-school care Every child who enters the school before 8:45am is considered to be in Garderie care. If a child is not registered in advance, via the online form, s/he may be refused care if the service is already full when he/she arrives. If there is room, he/she will be charged a fee of $2.50 per child for each part or whole quarter of an hour. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU DROP OFF YOUR CHILD IN PERSON TO MAKE SURE THAT YOUR CHILD CAN BE ACCEPTED IF NOT REGISTERED, AND IN ORDER TO SIGN THE ARRIVALS REGISTER. Children arriving with the school buses before 8:45am will be admitted to the service at no extra cost. After school care In case of high numbers of student at the after-school care, we plan a backup supervisor. Unregistered children will then be accepted, and the price of $ 2.50 per part or whole quarter of an hour, from 3.30pm, will be applied. WE ASK YOU ALSO TO COME AND PICK UP YOUR CHILD IN PERSON, AND SIGN THE DEPARTURE REGISTER. In case of delay after 5:30pm, we will try to contact you. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged. Pick-up after school Please claim your child from Garderie care as soon as you arrive at the school to do so. A child not collected after 3:30 pm is considered to still be in Garderie care, and maximum fees will apply  as above, even if you are present elsewhere on the grounds.
