Notre nouveau système de contrôle d'accès sur la porte principale de l'école est en partie opérationnel.
Si vous vous présentez à la porte et que celle-ci est fermée, vous pouvez désormais utiliser l'interphone vidéo sur votre gauche et faire un appel en appuyant sur le bouton CALL sur l'écran tactile. Tous les postes de l'administration sonneront et une personne pourra communiquer avec vous et vous ouvrir à distance après avoir vérifié la vidéo capturée par la caméra intégrée à l'interphone.
Nous sommes toujours en attente des badges pour le personnel qui permettront à chacun d'ouvrir la porte de l'extérieur durant les heures d'école.
Nous laisserons pour le moment la porte déverrouillée entre 8h et 9h, et entre 17h et 17h30, afin de faciliter l'accès au service de garderie en l'absence de personnel pour ouvrir la porte.
En espérant que vous vous familiariserez facilement avec ce nouveau système.

Dear Parents,
Our new Access Control System on the main entrance door is partially operational.
If you find the door closed, you just have to use the video intercom on your left and make a call by pressing the CALL button on the touchscreen. All administration handsets will ring and a staff member will answer you and will be able to open the door remotely after checking the video captured by the camera integrated into the video intercom.
We are still waiting for the fobs for the staff members: they will allow to open the door from outside during the school hours.
For now, we will leave the door unlocked bewteen 8am and 9am and between 5pm and 5:30pm in order to facilitate the access to the 'Garderie' service when there is no staff member to open the door.
We hope that you will get easily accustomed to this new system.
